Six-Four-240: I know you can make energy. Why back in the last century I did it several times. Due to a mental disability I forget how I did it but I do know I did it. Once you've made energy you'll never forget it. Flew my 240 into the air with the greatest of ease.

AB-BallPeen: People (who will remain nameless) have tried to get balls moving just right to manufacture energy but they didn't really understand how to do it. I've figured out where they went wrong. If my idea is built with good precision it will roll and roll and roll.

Dr. Besseler: Thank you. The worse job I've ever had is this one at DBISD. Now I've put a drawing on the board and I want everyone to study it. It is a picture of energy. I want everyone to study this picture.

Dr. Besseler: The assignment is to draw this picture and think about it until the next class. Then I will have a good tool for everyone. It's something that will automatically draw pictures for you. Class dismissed.

Everyone tore out the place. SS and JC went to Dualing Banjo General Store for a lemon-lime slurpy. They intended to take them back to the farm and mix in some everclear. It made for an excellent treat on a hot Dueling Banjosday.

SS: Do you have any idea what Dr. Bessler was talking about that would draw pictures for us?

JC: I don't know but I think it's going to be very useful. I'm still waiting on the Postman to bring me the page of pictures. Maybe there's some relationship. We'll just have to wait and see.

Partners in Crime

A couple of days after his contract with the Mailman (he promised a jug of everclear) JC was down at the creek tending his still. His neighbor, ScooterScatster, walked up across the shoal to the still.

ScooterScatster: Hey, JC, how's it going.
JC: I got great news, Scooter, I can hardly stand it.
Scooter: Well, don't bust with it. Tell me what it is.
JC: You know that piece of paper I found?
Scooter: Yeah.
JC: Well, I gave it to the Mailman and he's going to translate it into pictures we can understand!
Scooter: That's great. Do you really think there's anything to it?
JC: I'm sure there is. This is going to be big.
Scooter: Give me a cup of that everclear to help me see a bit better. I might have some ideas.

JC poured his good neighbor a cup of liquid lightening and they sat and mused over what it all meant. Both concluded they didn't know and would have to wait on the Mailman.

They worked themselves up to such a state, the anticipation was excruciating. Hardly took 1/2 a jug to get there.

The Book

Some time ago in Hillcountry J-Hurbert-C found a page of words. He couldn't understand a thing of it. He figured if he gave it to his mailman, he could explain the meanings of the words and draw some pictures JC could understand and not forget. Even if he forgot, the pictures would remind him. He just knew this was a very important piece of paper.

He made it a point to meet the mailman and asked him. . .

JC: Mailman, how's it going?
Mailman: Fair to middlin, JC, and you?
JC: I'm a little distraught.
Mailman: Well, why would that be?
JC: You see, I got this page of words and I can't figure out the meaning. I was wondering if you could give it a look and draw some pictures that would explain it.
Mailman: Well, let me see it.

JC handed over the paper. The Mailman intently studied it. It was a page out of TV guide explaining the transporter used on StarTrek. He held back a smile.

Mailman: This is a very important piece of paper, JC.
JC: I knew it was. I felt it in my bones.
Mailman: JC, it's going to take me a little while to figure out what pictures to draw but if you'll give me the paper I'll give it a try. I can't promise when I'll get it done but when I do I'll deliver it to you.
JC: What more could I ask. You're one of the few people I know that can read and I do trust you.
Mailman: OK. When I finish with the translation I'll return it with the original.

And with that the Mailman continued his route. JC anticipated great things.

I'm sure both Mr. Hartman and Mr. Ellis have good intentions and respect of other's intellectual property, in spite of having to force Mr. Ellis to remove my property from his site just recently. I know education is a slow process for some. I am prepared to further educate but in all honesty I'm just a crank; not an educator. I can educate though.

I have reviewed Mr. Hartman's TOS and notice the language "11.1 It is forbidden to post copyrighted material. You can only post your own material where no third party has any rights on it." and "Any relevant terms and conditions, policies and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany". I can see his intention to be a law abiding citizen of the community of nations in that TOS. There are more points to be made but suffice it to say I'm sure he wouldn't want to find himself of violation of his own TOS.

Mr. Ellis has similar language in his TOS, to wit "Provide any Content or perform any conduct that may be unlawful, illegal, etc. "

I'm sure their hearts are in the right place.

I have had better days but the last few days haven't been too bad fiscally. There are a lot of people out there that wish me well. Your wish has come true. Confessed grave robber and necrophiliac erickdt (if that is their real name) wrote a short contract with me at overunity.com beginning with this challenge:

I don't know where confessed grave robber and necrophiliac erickdt washes his clothes but I guess I'll find out. The contract I was referring to was erickdt's challenge here:

We can't know where erickdt's mouth has been. It most likely was down on the muffin of my momma's rotting corpse. Who knows where else. My question is when will this confessed grave robber and necrophiliac put his money where his mouth is and pay up. I need to do my taxes and I want to know if I have to report this contract as income or a loss.

There is probably not a soul that doubts the integrity and honesty of a crank like erickdt. Everyone knows he'll get his mouth off of some rotting corpse and put my money there. That's what I'm betting on. Necrophiliac up, erickdt.

At issue were three pages the thief Scott Ellis stole from me and published on his site besslerwheel. Here is a screen shot of the proof of the 3 pages Scott Ellis stole from me:

He stole them Wednesday, January 14th of this year around 2:20am according to the posting. He relented under threat of legal action to remove the stolen property. Here is a screen shot of that evidence:

Three pages hit the ground Sunday, March 22 of this year around 12:57 according to the thief. I'd point the previous link to the exact quote but it seems the system administrator wants a log on if anyone links to a direct quote on his site. Imagine that. It's at the bottom of the page.

There's no indication from the screen shots of when the edit happened by this thief. System administrators can edit their posts or yours without leaving a trace. They can also read your pm's on their sites if they have a mind to. I have evidence of Scott Ellis attempting to persuade forum members to use his pm function rather than personal emails if anyone would like to hear that case.

In either event don't think your private messages on his forum are really private. I'm not saying he does read your pm's; I'm only stating the fact he could. If the above evidence doesn't persuade you of his true character I guess nothing will.

The GCAT has made me aware of a question from a certain 32 degree Shaolin priest of the order of events wrt this copyright issue. When did I first imagine I could slap my intellectual property out of the hands of this thief? It happened before I mentioned, "I'm in the process of bringing A Big Hammer down on their monkey heads" but that was when I went on record of what I was going to do with this thief.

It is finished; at least this leg of the big hammer. I'd like to thank RL and a certain hammer for giving me details from besslerwheel. You guys are a big help. Thanks sleepers. Keep me posted.

edit: Concerning the above posting I'd like to say I really can't know what motivated Scott Ellis to steal my property. It could be he's really ignorant of law. That's hard to imagine of someone in his position making requirements of his members concerning law. No one could be that stupid. First I'd like to offer my sincere apology to Alexioco (if that is their real name) at the overunity forum for throughly insulting him/her. I didn't throughly insult them but I'll let the facts finish the job in just a minute.

But to the idea of offering my sincere apology, although I'd like to, I can't. You see I'm not the disingenous nag or bitch they are. It is an interesting ploy they used as this rhema clothed darling replicated the first miracle of Jesus. Instead of using water they used postings and instead of a transformation to wine it was whine.

This nag complained post after post questioning me with "i just cannot understand why you keep on and on..." as they went on and on, post after post, creating more of the very problem they were claiming to object to. I've never seen such a blatant example of insincere bitching in "all my born days" or even my "unborn days" when I was snuggled up inside my mommy. Speaking of "my mommy". . .

Human nature is fascinating. Our perception of others is formed through lenses that are the sum of our experiences. Everyone has a bias. I sincerely doubt there are any exceptions. I'm no exception yet I might be biased by my experiences. Did you notice the poetic repeat there? Artsy fartsy.

I usually give a lot of thought to what I say but I'm asking for a pass here. I want to ramble with idiotic ideas much like I see is the habit of most people I encounter. I prejudge people thinking they have a rational basis for their thought but for the life of me I don't see that happening.

I would think most people are thoughtful about what they say and what they do based on the bias of past experiences and how I attempt to be. That isn't the case. I'm ok with it. I'm just asking for a pass. I'd like to emulate the idiots I see in the world. A good friend of mine once told me, "there are a lot of stupid people out there". I didn't really agree with him at the time but now I think he understated the case.

I want to just spew alan out my ralph. Man that feels good. It doesn't smell too good but it sure feels good as it vibrates the very sinews of my ralph. Heck, some more poetic repeat. I just can't help it.

Mechanism of Monkey Reasoning

It has been speculated if a large number of monkeys banged on an equally large number of keyboards given enough time they could produce something like Hamlet. There are too few monkeys at bessler wheel and there never were enough keyboards made to equip them and perhaps God didn't make enough time for them to ever come close to approaching that limit.

One such monkey has taken the time to post this comment:

Was he ever proved true? Only by test not theory of mechanism verification.

How would a jury of 12 piers judge after a real demonstration of the machine would prove justice for the inventor.

I'd like to touch on the point of "theory of mechanism verification". This monkey has taken the time to totally ignore the points from the previous post and change the topic to their messiah, Bessler. The mechanism is a red herring. If any of those monkeys would like to discuss the points of fraud I mentioned in the previous post or impeach the evidence offered I'd be glad to talk about the matter.

My sleeper cells keep me posted. I'm in the process of bringing A Big Hammer down on their monkey heads, figuratively speaking of course and not motivated by malice.

The Scat Ellis Fraud

Scat Ellis is guilty of fraud. I'm not talking about the fraud of parading around pretending to be a man with a red herring hanging out her panties.

This grievous fraud is the soliciting of donations for a cause she knows is a scientific impossibility and has admitted as much. The gullible seek something from nothing while this astute biotch eggs them on, wasting their time and money. Clearly damaged.

She's been perpetrating the idea gravity isn't a conservative force for years! The damages in wasted time and solicited funds are staggering. The materiality can't be explained away as an accidental, one time occurrence.

The motivation to deceive is the filthy lucre she's compensated with both by encouraging people to click on google ads and encouraging donations with a paypal link. Repetitive in her efforts to deceive.

A point could be made Scat is deceived herself. Maybe she is ignorant of physics? Here's a quote from April 2006 that should handle that point:

I was at the camp of the Cult of Bessler earlier and noticed The High Priest, Scott Ellis, offer this wisdom on his front page.

Thinking people might imagine it is a worse crime reading some books and the burning of them is a far, far better thing to do.

Your point about the bumble bee is almost true. It isn't “most physics” only some. That is to say the physics of aerodynamics from the 1930's. With high speed cameras digitizing the flight of bumble bees and feeding the data into super computer simulations they've figured out the scale of aerodynamics for a bee is just a tad different than say a Boeing 757. A twelve foot wheel spining at 40-50 rpm is a far cry from the intricacies of the forces in a bumble bee's flight.

There is not a physicist in the world that would not love to be the one to achieve this fundamental discovery so many cranks are looking for. I'm sure both camps have their reasons but you have to admit an educated guess is better than the shot in the dark most cranks attempt to find the answer with.

Concerning Bessler, when you cite the only proof was “what was seen” with the admission “the actual mechanism was never seen”, that leads to the reasonable conclusion there is no material fact supporting Bessler's claim. All we really have from Bessler is a claim. Belief is not proof.

In the very unlikely event someone would produce a working gravity powered wheel there is also no reason to think Bessler would be vindicated. He wasn't the only one in history who “believed” it was possible.

Mr. Williams you cite a “faith” in Bessler's honesty. Faith... might inspire a search but it isn't proof.

This is a good question to focus back to the theme I'm trying to convey:

My opinion is irrelevant. I'd like to contrast scientific and crank inquiry but first more to the point would be this question:

Given the opportunity (and you have it right here), what single fact could you present that would establish Bessler wasn't a fraud or deluded?

The conditional, "if not, . . . ", is equally irrelevant but I'll touch on the matter of "why are we not using . . . ?" Well you are. See how irrelevant any opinion is?

Also could any establish Bessler as being worth studying in an attempt to produce some supernatural mechanism or as some think a secret supernatural energy source solving this quest for perpetual motion? The high priesthood of the Bessler Cult has been pedalling their snake-oil solution of a study of their messiah for over 30 years. Has this snake-oil been of any use? The sale of it has put a little cash into their pockets but I'd argue it hasn't helped one whit.

The fact of the matter is there are a lot of things beyond natural explanation. A scientist should readily admit to the supernatural in that sense. Their quest is to examine the facts of a matter in an effort to arrive at some answer with a predictive nature. Getting an answer is the half of it. Being able to use that answer to further understanding is the other part.

The crank's inquiry into the foreign land of physics begins with an admitted handicap. They don't know and have a huge disdain for the native language, mathematics. Most lacking an ability to read the map of reality urge others to "press on and build!" wasting effort and money making at worse piles of junk and at best artless sculptures.

This crank adventure into the foreign land of reality and physics has already been charted by physicists. They speak the language and can read the maps. Heck they devised the language and drew the maps!

Maybe that's the answer! If the wheel has a sufficient radius or huge lap we can model perpetual motion. If the governments on earth would fund a massive wheel with a track going from the North Pole through the equator to Antarctica and back around the other side of the globe the lap the weights would travel would be big enough! I believe that might be the answer but don't ask me to explain the math of it. One of the great intellects of our day has explained:

. . . mathematics has failed to resolve this problem to date and serves to confuse the issues sometimes - and the sight of formulae and equations can deter.

I can't speak for anyone else but the sight of formulae scares the socks off me. Particularly if people are giving me money for an answer based in reality. By all means let's not confuse the issues.

I would encourage people everywhere to petition their respective governments to fund this build! In the words of a preeminent sage of the age:

Build it, for if you don't it will hinder any future innovation as you carry the doubt.

Physicists have observed motions that have been going on for a very long time. Perhaps from the human perspective these motions could be thought of as perpetual because if they ever stop we're in big trouble.

Astrophysicists have measured an expanding universe and attempt to explain its acceleration. The question is "what is the cause of the acceleration?" So far there is no proof supporting the answers. This acceleration is beyond natural explanation. The cause is supernatural, so far. We just don't know. One answer is found in "dark matter". If it could ever be proved we'd next have to explain the cause of "dark matter". The quest to understand reality should last a long time especially at the rate we're moving.

At the quantum level physicists have noticed the slight mass of electrons furiously spinning most likely for as long as mass has existed. I would suppose so.

So here we are stuck between the boundaries of these infinite and the infinitesimal perpetual motions attempting to model that same motion using gravity to power it. It could be said this attempt is an effort to model the infinite and put it in our laps. We're trying to make the infinite our lap dog. Maybe our laps aren't big enough.

Cranks that want to construct a working gravity wheel should follow this advise. You have to believe. That's the first step. Believe that you can find an answer that has escaped the genius of the past.

If the first step fails, belief has to be taken to the next level.

It is possible there isn't an answer and reality isn't ready to bend to your will. This simply requires a stronger belief. If you believe hard enough reality will change and obey you. If there never was an answer in reality you should be able to force it into existence if you only believe with a stronger conviction.

I've been talking about wheel stuff all along. Didn't you notice?

Means to an End

I'd like to address this comment in part:

WOW! This sounds like the ramblings of a bitter man. Is the end going justify the means?

It is impossible to address the vague generalization of the first sentence other than to say it's a typical tactic of crank leadership to shift a topic to a personal attack. Yes, the plastic Peter method of making a point.

The question though is a valid one. Does the method or means of pointing out substantiated facts have any justification by the result or end? I suppose that to be the case but there's no real way to know the future or end.

I noticed Jim Mitch has posted a thread entitled 50 clues with his comments. It could be coincidental to my challenge of asking for a material fact connecting any solution to perpetual motion (how ever improbable a solution is) to any claim made by Bessler. Coincidental or not there is nothing in the clues that would point to a material fact that Bessler's wheel was anything other than a cleverly concealed fraud. The clues could easily be thought of as Bessler's best guess as to how a wheel might work if he could have actually produced one.

If in the end more are inclined to spend the time understanding their ideas with the descriptive language of mathematics or any sort of tool of analysis rather than what's encouraged at the cult of Bessler I think that end would justify the means.

An interesting fact about the leadership of this cult is they encourage people to press on in ignorance (I hate math and math hates me) and build. Supposing, I imagine, where the genius of the past (da Vinci, Newton, Einstein, etc.) failed to grasp a solution they might find it.

If the ignorant are leading the ignorant I don't think they could find their arse with two hands, a map and a compass. I suppose we'll see. I know there have been recent promises of a solution before Christmas. Christmas has come and gone. Have we been lied to? Again?

Right to Privacy

The most amazing thing happened. I just received an email from someone at besslerwheel. I'll take the time to answer it but it brings up an annoying fact I've been meaning to mention from the definition of a cult:

information management

Most people know they can be fired from their job if they abuse the email system with personal business. How would management know if the email is personal or not? Quite easily. They read them. There are of course automated readers that flag situations. They're available to anyone but large corporations make use of them.

The point is this: Your emails sent using the email function at besslerwheel are no more private than your political leanings toward or against other members. It isn't a secret ballot. I don't have immediate evidence of that but with one phone call I could produce it.

My experience from sitting at a system console of a mini computer system taught me there wasn't a file on the system I couldn't Set ACcess or SAC and read. I'm sure that same functionality is available to everyone's PM's at the forum.

You might take a chance and trust the integrity of Scott Ellis to respect your privacy but the facts put the matter in a different light. I mentioned on the Are you optimistic ? thread how some less than honorable forum administrators have tried to download DOS applications on my computer. That forum was besslerwheel.

I don't mention these annoying facts of the aggressive manner (speaking in psychological terms) some disregard the rights of others out of bitterness. I assert them with proof for the greater good of education.

There is a particular sock puppet on the forum that brags about being "the uneducated". I would never attempt to persaude him from his Ralph mentality.

Two Answers and a Question

I've decided to take the poll off the blog. I've noticed the politically inept are voting early and often. Serious comments are welcome. I consider a serious comment one that addresses a point.

John Collins responded to this blog with a simple 'why?' The purpose was as incomprehensible to him as the laws of physics seem to be. The answer is quite simple. When you had the opportunity to check a personal attack against me you choose to defend the attacker with, "I'd like to jump to Clarkie's defence." When you questioned my motive at BAUT with, "I wonder why you appeared on this forum bessler007. Was it spite for being thrown of another forum?" you couldn't have been more wrong. It wasn't the result of being "thrown off", it was the manner it happened.

You took it further with this lie, "I don't know why - I have done nothing to you." That's a lie. You had just lied to everyone reading the thread about being a moderator. I've already supplied those facts with screen shots. Are you really that dense to think you can lie to my face and suppose you "haven't done nothing to me?"

So there's your answer to the first question. The audacious gall and manner you attacked my credibility with, caused me to consider yours. Could you post a question in that private forum of scuz buckets (that you moderate) for me? Ask if I've redeemed myself yet. If not I'll keep working at it.

I'm sure I'm going to regret this, but what, Bessler007, is your explanation for the success of Bessler's wheel? You seem to be saying that the laws of thermodynamics have been broken.

The evidence for Bessler's success is circumstantial. Put another way, there is no material fact to support his claim and any solution to perpetual motion is both highly unlikely but to the point stands on its own merit. There would be no rational connection between the two. The italicized emboldened words are technical legal terms. If you'd like to rebut, your answer should consider them with their appropriate meaning. I can't imagine why you would have any regrets with that.

So I've taken the time to give you the two answers to the questions you've asked and I'd like to ask a question in return. It's the least you could do.

It is proper to give credit where it's due. Although I'm still thinking about this I'd like to thank John Collins for putting the idea on the table.

The implication that I am involved in a fraud is offensive to me and I'm sure would be equally offensive to other members here if they were subjected to such innuendo.

I'm not sure how John arrived at the implication. I previously agreed with another posters comments:

Never attribute to fraud that which can be explained by credulous hope.

John leaped from 'credulous hope' to 'involved in a fraud' but I need to think about it more before I take that leap of faith with him

The link above is from a thread John entitled Bessler's "perpetual motion machine". I've read the thread and I never saw evidence describing this alleged machine. There were a lot of calls for some but none came. They were calls to the author of the dubious book entitled ‘Perpetual Motion; An Ancient Mystery Solved?’ I'm sure a lot are still wondering what evidence there is the ancient mystery was solved.

There is a new book in the works with the proposed title 'The Orffyreus Code, A Blueprint for Free Energy'. I think the titles from the recent thread to the former book to the proposed one might indicate a pattern of fraud but as I began I never gave it much thought until John mentioned it. John deserves full credit for this idea. Thanks John.

The economic interest John has with his inaccurate view of contemporary physics demonstrated by his philosophical attempt to rewrite the science sans mathematics (and the sight of formulae and equations can deter) combined with creating confusion about his writings with inaccurate titles is derived from selling books. I have no idea how good a living it is yet that's beside the point.

Should I be mentioning these facts? Do they vilify John? It would be kinder to John not to discuss these unpleasant facts but their discussion is kinder to those that might be snookered in to giving him some cash for his books. I suppose that's the greater good.

The site, besslerwheel, has an economic interest in persuading people to suspend rational thought and take a leap of faith into the cult of Bessler by accepting donations through paypal. The third pillar of that cult showing up in the private forum John moderates (screen name ovyyus) sells books also.

John has taken the time to ask me three questions and in the next entry I'd like to answer those questions. I began this blog stating I was interested in feedback and to accomplish that I'm going to include a poll. I really am curious.

John Collins demonstrates his authoritative manner of dictating reality in this thread from BAUT entitled Bessler's "perpetual motion machine". He made a very feeble attempt to dismiss my statement that he is 'crank leadership' with this comment:

Well,well, so bessler007 has turned up here! Just to correct some false information, I am not and have never been a moderator on besslerwheel.com nor any othe forum and neither do I wish to be - too much hassle in my opinion.

That dismissal is at odds with this screen shot from the forum.
